E.I. Couse and J.H. Sharp were founding members of the Taos Society of Artists. The mission of the Couse Foundation is to preserve the Eanger Irving Couse home and studio, along with its contents and archive, as well as two studio buildings used by Joseph Henry Sharp, in order to give the public an authentic window into the past and to stimulate scholarly research and training in the field of historic preservation and the southwest art history. The Foundaton welcomes your tax-deducible contributions to help with this work. Gifts to The Couse Foundation are fully tax-deductible and provide support where it is needed most.
